Hilary and Jay’s July wedding at Chicago’s iconic Old Post Office was a celebration of timeless elegance, blending rich jewel tones, soft pastel florals, and luxurious velvet textures within the venue’s marbled historic interiors.
Thoughtfully layered tablescapes, warm candlelight, and lush floral compositions created an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and inviting. But the undisputed pièce de résistance was a breathtaking 50-foot suspended floral installation that floated above guests throughout the reception, showcasing flowers in shades of blue, lavender, blush, cream, and peach. Suspended beneath the venue’s architecturally stunning ceilings, the installation transformed the space into an immersive work of art, creating a celebration that was romantic, dramatic, and unmistakably luxurious.
