There's nothing more nostalgic than celebrating your marriage in the backyard where you grew up. That's exactly what this breathtaking bride did when she married her high school beau of eight years on an especially perfect Michigan summer day in June. A color palette of gray, cream, black, and slate blue complemented the bridal party's personalized gown choices while foraged mock orange, heirloom garden roses, and some of the most fragrant white peonies accented every bouquet, centerpiece, and corner of this striking event. Guests dined on whitefish and filet while sipping vintage champagne until the summer sun set over the tent, and the seven-piece band kept the dance floor packed with 150 of the couple's most treasured friends and family.
